Ingredients:
- 5 scoops of Level’s 100% grass-fed whey – cappuccino flavor
- 2 Tbsp of organic chia seeds
- 1/4c water
- 1/3c steel cut organic oats
- 1c shredded coconut – divided into 1/4c and 3/4c
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of Bone Broth IQ powder
- 1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
- Add chia seed, water, and almond milk to a medium-sized mixing bowl and allow to seed to absorb liquid until gel forms.
- Add whey protein, oats, 1/4c coconut, cocoa powder, and Bone Broth IQ. Mix until combined (this gets thick and sticky so used some elbow grease – you want these to retain a gooey texture. Add more almond milk or protein if needed).
- Place the remaining coconut onto a plate. Scoop Tbsp-sized balls of the protein mix into the coconut and roll them around until fully coated and you can pick them up without your fingers sticking to them.
